At ItqanLand, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated information.
You have three ways to delete your data:
What happens: Your account is deleted immediately. We remove your profile, authentication identifiers, session tokens, and user-generated content from our active systems.
Timeline: Instant. You will be logged out and your data removed from active services within minutes.

If you connected your account via Facebook Login:
What this does: Stops ItqanLand from accessing your Facebook data. However, your app account still exists in our system. For full deletion, also email us (Method 2) or use app deletion (Method 1).

Self-service: Immediate (minutes). Email request: 3–30 days. Facebook revocation: Immediate, but you must also request app deletion separately.
Not yet, but you can request a data export by emailing support@itqanland.com with the subject "Data Export Request." We will provide your data in a standard format within 14 days.
No. Your profile will be removed from the app. Search results, friend lists, and public profiles will no longer show your account.
Backups are not immediately deleted but are overwritten on their normal rotation schedule (typically 30–90 days). Archived backups follow legal retention requirements.
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You can create a new account, but your old account and data are permanently gone. We recommend keeping a personal backup if you need your data.
Yes. Deletion requests are honored under applicable privacy laws. We comply with GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar regulations. If you have legal privacy rights, we respect them.
For email requests, we will send confirmation. You can try logging in after the timeline—your account should not exist. For app-based deletion, you are logged out immediately.

For Facebook compliance: This page serves as our Data Deletion Callback URL. When you revoke ItqanLand on Facebook, we will delete your Facebook-linked data upon your request or app-side deletion. For automated/API-based requests to https://itqanland.com/data-deletion, include your email address and Facebook UID; we will respond with confirmation of deletion within 24 hours.
